Niels Poland

Niels Poland has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a Coach and Opleider in School en Opleidingsadviseur at Amstelwijs since August 2013, along with the role of Adjunct directeur at Kindercampus King. Prior to this, Niels worked as a Leerkracht at Dalton school Columbus from August 2008 to August 2013. Niels has pursued several educational qualifications, including a Voice Dialogue Facilitator certification from Voice Dialogue Instituut (2021-2022), an EVC-traject registratie schoolleider designation from Bureau STERK (2017-2018), a Coaching degree from Nederlandse School voor Onderwijsmanagement (2015-2017), and a Daltonopleiding from OBD Noordwest (2010-2012).
