Roshni Saleem Chagan

Roshni Saleem Chagan, MPH, is a dedicated public health professional with expertise in health policy research and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently a Policy Consultant and Health Policy Researcher at Economist Impact, Roshni develops policy perspectives, conducts expert interviews, drafts policy roadmaps, and analyzes best practices. As a Lead Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, Roshni manages graduate teaching assistants and contributes to the development of curriculum. Additional roles include Investigative Reporter at New York Amsterdam News, Intern at ACLU and Human Rights Measurement Initiative, and Diversity and Inclusion Director at Dear Asian Youth. Roshni holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The University of Georgia.
