Cheryl Poland

Cheryl Poland has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cheryl has held various roles in healthcare consulting, administration, business development, and sales. Most recently, they served as the Director of Market Development at AMSURG, where they were responsible for increasing market share and managing partnership opportunities. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at MIS SURGICAL, LLC. Cheryl has also held positions at Inova Health System, Arizona Gastrointestinal Associates, and Banner Health, among others, where they focused on physician recruitment, practice operations, and growth strategies. Cheryl started their career as a Graduate Administrative Assistant at The Ohio State University and has since built a successful career in the healthcare industry.

Cheryl Poland obtained their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from The Ohio State University. Cheryl then pursued a Master's degree in Health Services Management and Policy from The Ohio State University, which they completed between 1999 and 2001. In 2006, they earned a Mediation Certificate from Capital University Law School, specializing in Mediation and Negotiation Training. Additionally, in June 2018, Cheryl obtained a certification in Project Management for Healthcare Projects from LinkedIn.
