Andrew Elsby-Smith MSc FCCA FRSA has over 30 years of work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Andrew started their career as an Accountant at Michelin Tyre Plc and worked there for 12 years. Andrew then joined Josiah Wedgwood & Sons Ltd and Waterford Wedgwood PLC as Finance Director, where they oversaw substantial turnovers for both companies. Andrew later became the Finance Director of Woodward Foodservice Ltd, a private-equity backed foodservice business. Andrew also worked as a Partner at Resolve Gets Results LLP. Currently, they serve as the Group Finance Director & Vice President International Operations at Amtico, a leading manufacturer and distributor of LVT flooring.

Andrew Elsby-Smith holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Professional Accountancy, which they obtained from the University of London in 2017. Andrew completed an Advanced Management Programme from Henley Business School in 1995. In 1991, Andrew earned the title of Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) after completing their studies in Accountancy from ACCA. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as "Keeping up with Change: Issues for the Finance Professional" from Coursera Course Certificates in July 2016 and the FCCA qualification from ACCA in May 1991.
