Aaron Parker

Aaron Parker, MPS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as the Manager of Labor Relations at Amtrak since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing Labor Relations inquiries, advising line leaders on labor contract provisions, and negotiating labor agreements. Prior to this role, Aaron held positions such as Lead Labor Relations Specialist and Labor Relations Management Liaison at Conrail, where skills in interpreting collective bargaining agreements and enhancing employee engagement with a unionized workforce were developed. Aaron's earlier experience in the railroad industry includes roles such as Trainmaster, Conductor/Engineer, and Yardmaster, alongside a brief stint as a Mortgage Banker at Quicken Loans. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations, and a Master's degree in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership from Penn State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Michigan State University.
