Aletha Grimes-Patterson, MBA, NCP, is an experienced professional who has held various project management positions in reputable companies such as Amtrak, ChristianaCare, DLL, Cerner Corporation, St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, and Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. Aletha also has a background in programs and staff development as well as analysis and training from their time at Penn Medicine. Aletha obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from Eastern University.
