Hossein Tarlan

Hossein Tarlan is a seasoned Cyber Security Engineer with over a decade of experience, currently employed at Amtrak since 2011, where responsibilities include safeguarding computer and networking systems against cyber threats. Previously, Hossein worked as a Systems Engineer at the Department of Commerce from September 2007 to February 2011, managing Tier III Active Directory and MS Exchange 2003, and at the Federal Railroad Administration from November 2004 to August 2007 in a systems engineer capacity. Hossein holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus, earned between 2000 and 2003.
