James Usher IV

James Usher IV has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. James started their career as a Superintendent at Hauser Construction in 2004 and worked there until 2011. James then joined Mass Electric Construction Co., where they served as a Business Supervisor from 2012 to 2016, responsible for managing various aspects of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (Phase 2). In 2017, they joined The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western as an Assistant Project Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Project Controller. Currently, James works at Amtrak as a Senior Principal Project Manager, a position they started in 2023.

James Usher IV attended Rowan University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship. James also briefly attended Bond University in 2008 to study International Business. In 2018, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
