Malavi Lakinam has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Currently, they are working as a Lead Data Engineer at Amtrak. Prior to that, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as a Data Engineer/ETL Technical Lead. Malavi also has experience as an ETL Techincal Lead at Perficient and as an ETL BI Consultant at Merck. Before that, they worked as a Consulting Software Engineer at LexisNexis and as a Sr.Informatica Software Engineer at both UnitedHealth Group and Aspen Marketing Services, Epsilon. Malavi started their career as an Informatica Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services and later worked as an IT Systems Engineer at the same company.

Malavi Lakinam holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Sri Krishnadevaraya University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Certified SAFe® 6 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc., Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, Informatica Designer Certification from Informatica, and Oracle PL/SQL from Brainbench.
