Narendra Agrawal

Narendra Agrawal is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application architecture and mobile solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Director of IT at Amtrak since September 2014, Narendra leads strategic initiatives including the implementation of an In-memory Quintiq COTS solution and migration to Amazon Cloud. Previously held positions include Solution Architect Director at DMI, where contributions involved m-Commerce and SAP Mobility capabilities, and Application Architect Manager at Accenture, responsible for deploying SAP CRM mobile solutions while ensuring compliance with federal security requirements. Narendra also has a rich background in mobile computing leadership at Coke Bottling and technical expertise in SAP and Java at Honeywell. Educational qualifications include an M. Tech in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College.
