Giampaolo Isolani

Giampaolo Isolani has over 20 years of work experience in the finance industry. Giampaolo has worked for various companies and held different roles throughout their career.

Starting in 1996, Isolani worked as a Financial Analyst at TIM Business, where they were involved in project analysis and financial statement preparation. Giampaolo remained in this position until 1999.

In 1998, Isolani joined GENERALI - INA Assitalia as a Financial Analyst, focusing on buy-side equity analysis. Giampaolo covered Global ICT and played an active role in INA group financial participations. Giampaolo stayed with the company until 2000.

From 2000 to 2001, Isolani worked at Deutsche Bank as a Financial Analyst, specializing in sell-side equity analysis for Italian telecom companies. Giampaolo prepared research and market reports during their time there.

In 2001, Isolani joined Capitalia Asset Management as an Equity Strategist. Giampaolo developed and promoted investment strategies for global equity markets. Additionally, Isolani served as a Co-Portfolio Manager for the European Equity and Equity Growth funds until 2007.

Following that, Isolani worked as a European Equity Strategist for Pioneer Investments from 2008 to 2012, where they focused on the European equity market.

Since 2012, Isolani has been with Amundi, a company they joined as a Portfolio Manager and GEM Strategist. In this role, they were responsible for several thematic investment strategies. More recently, Isolani took on the role of Head of EM Investment Solutions & Market Intelligence.

Throughout their career, Isolani has gained extensive experience in equity analysis, portfolio management, and developing investment strategies for global markets.

Giampaolo Isolani obtained a Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Asset Management from the Dipartimento di management at Università La Sapienza di Roma. Giampaolo completed their education in this field from 1990 to 1994.
