Katia Vieira

Katia Vieira is an accomplished HR management and control professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions and financial management. Currently serving as Head of HR Management Control and Reporting at Amundi since January 2014, Katia manages the analysis and oversight of group results, coordinates budget development, implements KPIs, and drives process transformation and change management. Prior experience includes roles at Groupe Crédit Agricole from January 2010 to December 2013, focusing on budget tracking and strategic planning in asset management services, and at LCL from 2007 to 2009, where Katia specialized in general expense management and cost optimization projects. Katia holds a Master’s degree in Audit and Management Control from ESG Finance and a Maîtrise in Economics from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
