Obinna C. Mbachu, PharmD, Ph.D., has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Obinna C. is currently working at Amunix Pharmaceuticals as a Scientist II in Bioanalysis and Bioassay Development.

Prior to that, they were a Scientist in Radiopharmacology at AbbVie from September 2020 to June 2021.

Subsequently, in 2014, Obinna pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago - Graduate College. Obinna C. successfully completed this program in 2019, furthering their expertise in the field.

In addition to their formal education, Obinna earned several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2020, they completed the "Introduction to Molecular Modeling in Drug Design" course offered by Schrödinger, focusing on computational molecular modeling. In 2022, they attained the "HMX Pro Immunology Immuno-oncology" and "HMX Pro Pharmacology Essentials" certifications from Harvard Medical School.
