Kyle Amato

Kyle Amato is an experienced professional with a diverse background in communications and athletics. Currently serving as an Ice Crew member and Coach for Adult Learn-to-Play at the Washington Capitals since August 2022, Amato brings a strong foundation in press relations from roles at the U.S. House of Representatives, where responsibilities included Press Secretary and Press Assistant. While at Elon University, Amato held leadership positions such as Vice President of Elon Club Hockey, where efforts centered on team promotion and charitable events, as well as experience in sports commentary for women's basketball. Additional roles include reporting for Elon News Network and developing broadcast content as a KidZone TV Intern at Mount Sinai Health System. Amato earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Elon University after studying abroad at Universitat de Vic.
