Bineesh Mekalampatta

Bineesh Mekalampatta has extensive work experience in clinical data management. Bineesh is currently the Head of Clinical Data Management at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, where they lead the Clinical Data Management team and provides strategic planning and oversight. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Clinical Data Management at Codiak BioSciences. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Data Management Therapeutic Area Lead at Bioverativ, a Sanofi company. Before that, they were a Project Manager in Clinical Data Management at Biogen from 2010 to 2017. Bineesh also worked as a Clinical Data Management Analyst at Schering-Plough Research Institute from 2009 to 2011 and as a Clinical Data Manager at Quintiles from 2006 to 2009. Bineesh'searlier experience includes working as a Pre-Clinical Data Scientist at Jubilant Biosys from 2005 to 2006, where they were involved in capturing and consolidating pharmacological and physiochemical data.

Bineesh Mekalampatta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management, with a focus on Biotechnology Operations, from Framingham State University. Bineesh also has a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Kerala. In addition, they have a Master's degree in Management, specializing in Project Management, from ISBM. Bineesh is also certified in Clinical Data Management, holding a CCDM Certification from the Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM).
