Steven Bankes, CPCU, ARM has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Steven has held various roles in notable companies such as Amynta Group, Aon, Alper Services LLC, Liberty Mutual Insurance, CNA Insurance Companies, Captive Resources, LLC, and Aon Risk Solutions. Throughout their career, they have specialized in managing and developing captive programs as well as providing consulting services. Steven has also excelled in program marketing, territory marketing, and account executive roles. Bankes has a strong background in risk services and alternative markets.

Steven Bankes, CPCU, ARM obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services from Lawrence Technological University in 1994. Steven also earned the CPCU designation from the American Institute for CPCU in 1993 and the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America in 1991. Additionally, they pursued studies in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Regent's University London in 1986.
