Kelly Devers Franklin

Kelly Devers Franklin has extensive experience in communications, media relations, and public relations. Kelly began their career in 1998 as an intern at NBC Connecticut. In 1999, they worked as an assistant for Lynda Obst Productions. Franklin then worked as an assistant for Actual Reality Pictures in 2000. In 2002, they worked as an assistant at RLM Finsbury (formerly Robinson Lerer & Montgomery). In 2003, Franklin was an Associate at Westhill Partners (now part of FTI Consulting). From 2004 to 2006, they were the First Deputy Press Secretary at the NYC Dept. of Education. From 2006 to 2019, they were the Director of Media Relations at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. Since 2019, Franklin has been the Director Corporate Communications at Amyris, where they are responsible for building and executing the communications strategy and helping lead the global communications function.

Kelly Devers Franklin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Journalism from Emerson College between 1995 and 1999.
