Lucy Chapa

Lucy Chapa has a diverse professional background with expertise in quality assurance, clinical nutrition, herbalism, and web communications. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Amy's Kitchen since January 2017, Lucy conducts tests on raw materials and finished products while ensuring compliance with predefined criteria. Previous experience includes roles at REI, JV FastStart, and Partners in Health Healing Arts Center, where Lucy provided nutritional consulting and generated business leads. Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from St. Mary's University and a certification in Clinical Nutrition and Herbalism from the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism.
