Phila Mntungwa

Phila Mntungwa currently serves as the UK Sales Manager at AMZSCALE, managing the UK Sales and Pre-Sales team while planning and executing strategic initiatives since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Executive, where responsibility involved developing sales frameworks, lead qualification, and client sales insights for an e-commerce investment platform. Phila's career also features experience at Gekko Group in Sales and Merchandising, focusing on enhancing retail sales for major clients through customer engagement and data collection. Additional roles included digital marketing and retail design work experiences at Big Group Insight and Big Group Retail, allowing exploration of various aspects of marketing and retail design. Phila is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management at the University of Kent, expected to graduate in 2024.
