Dr. Franceslia Rodriguez Davila

Adjunct Professor at Ana G. Mendez University

Dr. Franceslia Rodriguez Davila has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the High School Transformation District Coordinator and previously holding multiple roles such as Assistant Principal and Social and Emotional Learning Coordinator at Dallas Independent School District since 2014. In addition, Dr. Davila is an Adjunct Professor at Ana G. Mendez University. Prior experience at Dallas ISD from 1997 to 2013 includes positions as Assistant Principal for the Summer School Program and Bilingual Teacher. Dr. Davila holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and has attained principal certification through the McNeil Foundation. Further educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision from Metropolitan University San Juan Puerto Rico, and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Puerto Rico.
