Rj Haffke

RJ Haffke, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 1999 as a Paper Boy for the Daily Sparks Tribune, Haffke went on to work as a Busser at David's Grill and a Package Handler at FedEx in the early 2000s. In 2005, Haffke participated in the Walt Disney World College Program as an intern. From 2006 to 2007, Haffke worked as a Sales Associate at Reno Tahoe Golf Headquarters, developing strong relationship-building skills.

In 2010, Haffke volunteered as the Non-Profit Treasurer for Think Kindness, managing all bookkeeping and finance activities for the organization. From 2010 to 2014, Haffke served as the Director of FP&A for Light & Wonder, where they oversaw financial planning and analysis.

From 2012 to 2014, Haffke also worked as a Financial Analyst III at IGT, focusing on variance and margin analysis. In 2014, Haffke was promoted to a Senior Financial Analyst role, where they managed the end-to-end forecast process and presented financial analysis to senior and executive management.

In 2016, Haffke advanced to the position of Sr. Product Manager at IGT, utilizing their financial acumen to analyze business trends and communicate insights to decision-makers. They also managed a team of analysts and led multiple system transitions. Haffke continued to excel in this role until 2021 when they transitioned to become the Director of FP&A at Scientific Games, where they worked until 2022.

Most recently, in 2023, Haffke joined ANA, Inc. as the VP of Finance, leveraging their finance expertise to contribute to the organization's success.

RJ Haffke, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Nevada-Reno, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
