John Oelschlaeger

John joined Analogic in 2018 as vice president, security products and programs. Prior to joining the company, he was president of Finish Well Partners, a management consulting practice. Before starting FWP, John held positions as senior vice president, program management for L3 Security and Detection Systems and SVP, general manager, for L-3 Communications’ CyTerra Corporation. John began his career as a systems engineer with Honeywell Aerospace and Defense, where he served for over 25 years in a variety of engineering, product line, and business leadership roles.

John received his BSEE from Valparaiso University, and an MBA, with a concentration in strategic management, from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
