Nidhi Luthra

Nidhi Luthra currently serves as the Global Chief Information Security Officer at Baxter International Inc. since April 2023 and as Membership Chair of the ChicagoCISO Advisory Board since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Abbott as Global Cyber Risk Officer and Senior Director from September 2019 to April 2023, and Chief Information Security Officer at AMITA Health from January 2017 to September 2019, overseeing Chicago’s largest Catholic Health System. Nidhi also held the position of Chief Information Security Officer and System Director at Presence Health, which was acquired by AMITA Health. Prior to these roles, experience includes working as Information Systems Security Officer at Stericycle and IT Infrastructure & Security Manager at KAR Auction Services, Inc. with earlier career involvement at Progressive Insurance. Nidhi earned a Master's degree in Labor Relations & Employment Law from Cleveland State University, a Master's in Telecommunications Technology & Policy from Ohio University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
