Gregory R. Walker

Gregory R. Walker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in defense and strategic operations. Currently serving as a Principal Analyst at ANSER since August 2017, Gregory has contributed to various initiatives including the development of a DODI and the Army's DEVCOM CBC strategic efforts. Prior roles include Defense Analyst at WalkEng, LLC, and Chief Strategic Operations at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, where Gregory R. managed a substantial science and technology budget and developed long-term strategic plans. Gregory’s earlier experience includes significant positions in program management at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command and technical roles at the Naval Civil Engineering Laboratory. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont.
