Scott Oleson, M.A. has held various roles in the IT industry since 2005. Scott began their career as a Tech Support Analyst II at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, where they were responsible for managing subordinate staff, back end systems, backups, phone switches, break fix and help desk. Scott also led the team to implement DISA and US government STIGS for lockdown of network systems, servers and end user PC's, and was responsible for ensuring company compliance with current HIPAA regulations and guidelines.

From 2008 to 2009, Scott Oleson, M.A. was a Systems Engineer / Consultant at Mission Critical Systems. Scott was chosen to specialize in proactive management and monitoring of client systems, project management, help desk, break fix and end user training, responsible for 14 small and mid-sized corporate IT environments. Scott also acted as CTO, Project Manager, Consultant, Engineer and Help Desk Manager, and was responsible for redesign and implementation of new client systems and networks.

In 2009, Scott Oleson, M.A. moved to American Auto Shield LLC as an IT Manager / Systems Engineer. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Director of Information Technology at Office Evolution, where they were responsible for planning and managing all IT related operations, department staff and corporate/franchise networks throughout the United States. Scott was also responsible for providing direction and insight into reworking and upgrading systems, resulting in increase client satisfaction/retention and manage franchisee projects.

Since 2015, Scott Oleson, M.A. has been the Senior VCIO & Information Technology Director at Frontier Business Products. Since 2019, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at Analytics Computer Information Systems, Inc., where they provide a full range of IT support services for small to mid-sized organizations.

Scott Oleson, M.A. completed their high school diploma at Longmont High School in 1984. Scott then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education from the University of Northern Colorado between 1984 and 1990. Finally, they obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology from Colorado Christian University between 2005 and 2008.
