Pradeep Sashidhara

Pradeep Sashidhara has over 20 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Pradeep began their career in 2000 as a Senior Software Engineer at Mentor Graphics, where they were responsible for memory management, optimization, and performance. In 2004, they joined Synopsys Inc. as a Senior Member of Technical Staff. Three years later, in 2007, they moved to ThoughtWorks as a Technical Lead. In 2013, they became the CTO of Minoti and then the CTO of AxisRooms Travel Distribution Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2015. Pradeep currently serves as CTO of Analyttica Datalab Inc.

Pradeep Sashidhara completed a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur between 1996 and 2000. Pradeep obtained a Sun Certified Enterprise Java Bean Developer, Sun Certified Java Programmer, and Sun Certified Web Component Developer certification from Sun Microsystems. In 2013, they obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera. Between 2016 and 2018, they obtained five additional certifications from Coursera in Machine Learning and AI. In 2018, they completed a PG Diploma in Machine Learning and AI from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore.
