Varadharajan Sridharan

Varadharajan Sridharan began their professional career in 2014 as an Intern at SPM Autocomp Systems, where they gained knowledge about the company and prepared process flow diagrams. In 2016, they joined Flex as a Jr. Engineer in Environmental Compliance, where they used Agile and PTC software to generate compliance reports for electronic devices. From 2017 to 2021, Varadharajan worked at Gestamp as a Production Engineer, Executive Technical Secretary, and Graduate Engineering Trainee, where they were in-charge of robot and manual weld assemblies, achieved and sustained 85% OEE, ensured on-time availability of parts, conducted internal audits, co-ordinated with Lean and PED departments, and managed relationships with Employee Union. Currently, they are employed at Analyttica Datalab Inc. as a Business Analyst, where they understand new functions that can be integrated to the point to click interface, develops and deploys code, and integrates interactive visualization library to the product.

Varadharajan Sridharan has a diverse educational background. Varadharajan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from G.H Raisoni Institute of Engg & Technology from 2011 to 2015. In 2020, they completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Data Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Varadharajan also has various certifications from Aspiring Minds and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, including AMCAT Certified Proficiency in English, AMCAT Certified in English Comprehension, AMCAT Certified Business Analyst, AMCAT Certified Creative Content Developer, and AMCAT Certified Software Development Trainee.
