Dusan K. has been working since 2013. Dusan started their career as an HR Generalist/ACE Programme Coordinator at Tata Consultancy Services in 2013. Then, they worked as an HR Professional at Johnson Controls from 2014-2016. After that, they joined Dexy Co as a Human Resources Manager from 2016-2018. Later, Dusan K. worked at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) from 2018-2022, where they worked as a People & Culture Manager (Global Supply Chain) from 2018-2020 and then as a People & Culture Director for Baltics+ from 2020-2022. Currently, they are employed at Ananas E-commerce as the Chief People Officer starting from March 2023.

Dusan K. received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from European University in Belgrade between 2008 and 2012.
