Filip Krivokapić

Head of Customer Excellence at Ananas

Filip Krivokapić has extensive work experience starting in 2017 as an Associate at Deloitte. In 2018, they worked as a Strategy Analyst at Hyperoptic Ltd. Filip then moved to Wolt in 2020 and held the role of Operations Manager until January 2023. Starting from January 2023, they joined Ananas E-commerce as Head of Customer Excellence.

Filip Krivokapić earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham in 2015. Filip went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Economic History from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2015, completing the program in 2016.
