Lucas Dias has a diverse work experience in software development. Lucas started their career as a Software Development Intern at Imagem - ESRI official distributor in 2016, where they focused on manual data cleaning of geographic data and also developed Python scripts for automation. Lucas then joined Geoflorestas in 2017 as a Junior Developer, where they created a geographic analysis process for intersecting features related to livestock plots with features representing illegal deforestation, preservation areas, embargo areas, and indigenous lands.

In 2018, Lucas returned to Imagem - ESRI official distributor as a Full Stack Developer, where they worked on migrating backend applications from .Net to Express and was responsible for different sets of geographic analysis. Lucas then worked at Diebold Nixdorf in 2020 as a Backend Developer, developing new features and maintaining microservices for fraud detection. One of their notable projects was an image comparison service for phishing attempt detection in client apps.

In the same year, Lucas joined Buser Brasil as a Full Stack Developer. Lucas played a key role in the infrastructure team, responsible for managing boarding points. Lucas developed systems for boarding and stopping points management, allowing for the creation and updates of points using Google Maps API integration. Additionally, they created a bus altering request system for partner apps.

Lucas's most recent role was at Imaginary Cloud in 2021 as a Full Stack Developer until 2023. Lucas gained experience in software engineering, contributing to the development and maintenance of various applications. In 2023, they joined Anansi as a Software Engineer, where they are currently working.

Lucas Dias pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2016 to 2017, they attended ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo, where they completed a Technical degree in Information Technology. Following that, they enrolled at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Technologist degree in Systems Analysis and Development.
