Moshe Ben Shoham

Moshe Ben Shoham has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Moshe currently works at Next Insurance, starting as an Infrastructure and DevOps Team Lead in March 2020. Moshe then progressed to the role of Infrastructure and DevOps Group Manager in October 2021 and currently holds the position of Director, DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure since January 2022.

Before joining Next Insurance, Moshe held various key roles at Perfecto, starting as a Senior Software Engineer in May 2008. Moshe then became a Team Leader from November 2009 to December 2012. From January 2013 to March 2020, they served as the R&D Director, System Architecture, leading development teams and guiding them towards microservices architecture and implementing effective DevOps processes.

Prior to their tenure at Perfecto, Moshe worked as a Team Leader at Octavian from August 2005 to May 2008 and as a Software Engineer and Group Leader at Amdocs from July 2000 to August 2005.
