Sarah Kaitz

Sarah Kaitz has over seven years of experience in human resources. Sarah is currently the Associate Director of Human Resources at AnaptysBio, a position they have held since January 2023. Before that, they worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at AnaptysBio from September 2021 to January 2023.

Prior to joining AnaptysBio, Sarah was the Human Resources Manager at Dendreon from September 2018 to September 2021. In this role, they provided strategic advice and direction to internal customers on various HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Sarah also collaborated closely with other functional areas such as Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

Before Dendreon, Sarah worked at Avanir Pharmaceuticals as a Human Resources Specialist from October 2015 to August 2017. Sarah'sresponsibilities included coordinating HR activities, managing employee records, and assisting with talent acquisition.

Sarah's early HR experience was gained at PraXsyn Corporation, where they worked as a Human Resources professional from April 2014 to August 2015. In this role, they managed payroll, leaves, and hiring for the company and its subsidiaries, serving as the sole HR contact for over 100 employees.

Sarah Kaitz, PHR, MSHR has an extensive education history. In 2020-2021, they attended Brandman University and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, Sarah attended Vanguard University of Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Studies. Sarah'seducation journey began in 2004 when they attended Chapman University, where they completed studies in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, although a specific degree name was not mentioned.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sarah also holds the PHR certification, which they obtained in June 2017 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
