Aaron Southard

Aaron Southard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Aaron is currently working as a Regional Client Director at Anaqua since 2021. Previously, they worked at CPA Global for a decade starting from 2011, where they held the position of Senior Director, Professional Services. In this role, they directed a global team in providing services and software to IP departments and law firms. Aaron also developed and implemented strategies to drive future growth.

Before CPA Global, Aaron worked at MarkMonitor as a Contractor from 2004 to 2014. In this position, they spearheaded human resources programs for the Client Operations Center, managing recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development. Aaron also developed training courses in Advanced MS Excel, management, and leadership.

Prior to that, Aaron founded and led Southard & Associates, a consulting practice, where they served a diverse client base. As the President, they were accountable for P&L performance, strategic planning, business development, project coordination, client relations, and online training programs.

Aaron's earlier experience includes working as a Corporate Manufacturing Planner at Micron Technology, Inc from 1996 to 2003.

Aaron Southard has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from Southern Utah University and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Communications from the College of Eastern Utah. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "Building Resilience as a Leader," "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership," and "Lead Like a Boss" from LinkedIn in 2020.
