Shuchi Choubey

Shuchi Choubey has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Shuchi started their career as an Assistant Manager in HR at Airtel, where they handled operations, policies, processes, and learning and development. Shuchi then moved on to work as the Manager HR at Marriott International, where they were responsible for the overall HR operations at the Hyderabad Marriott Hotel. After that, they joined Deutsche Bank as an HR Business Partner, focusing on compensation and benefits strategy and benchmarking, as well as administering compensation reviews and evaluating employee benefits schemes.

Shuchi later worked at First Gulf Bank as a Compensation & Benefits & HR Projects Specialist, handling roles in rewards and performance management. Shuchi was responsible for compensation benchmarking, increment and promotion cycle implementation, and project management for the implementation of Oracle's e-business suite in the HR department.

Shuchi has also worked at Barclays as an Associate Vice President in Business HR, leading HR business partner activities for Barclaycard. Shuchi was also involved in various special projects, such as employee opinion surveys and career framework development.

Shuchi then joined Reliance Communications as the Circle Head HR for Delhi-NCR circle, where they oversaw human resources activities for the company. Currently, they are working as the Head of Human Resources at ANAROCK Property Consultants Private Limited.

Shuchi Choubey completed their MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore, during the period of 1999 to 2001.
