Karen Swiatek

Karen Swiatek is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Anastasia Beverly Hills since March 2019, Karen has held previous positions including Senior Director and Human Resources Director within the same company. Prior to this, Karen was Vice President of Human Resources at Porter Novelli, providing HR support to multiple client groups across major cities. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Saks Fifth Avenue, where partnerships were formed with diverse client sectors, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Victoria's Secret Beauty, where Karen developed expertise in meeting the unique needs of various teams. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wittenberg University.
