Emily Prall

Emily Prall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Sales Associate at Dave and Jeans Florida Produce, where they handled monetary transactions, assisted customers, and organized the layout of the franchise. In 2017, they joined Purdue Dining & Culinary as a Summer Registration Ambassador, representing the company and providing information to new Purdue families. Emily also held positions as a Student Cook, Cashier, and Storekeeper, where they learned new recipes, supervised employees, and demonstrated efficiency.

In 2018, Emily became an Administrative Assistant at Purdue University - The Graduate School, supporting student officers and assisting with event activities. During the same year, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Military Family Research Institute, conducting telephone interviews and managing data. Emily also served as a Test Center Administrator at Prometric, ensuring the smooth administration of computerized exams.

From 2019 to 2021, Emily held multiple roles at Purdue University. Emily worked as a Research Assistant in the Department of Psychological Sciences, assisting with a juvenile western diet study and performing daily animal care activities. Emily also served as a Teaching Assistant for various labs, including introductory biology, anatomy, and forensics. Their responsibilities included teaching, grading, and creating online content.

In 2019, Emily started working as an Independent Contractor for DoorDash, where they maintained detailed mileage records, managed a freelance schedule, and fulfilled over 500 orders with high on-time delivery rates despite challenges. In 2021, they joined APASS Education as an Independent Contractor, specializing in educational biology writing.
