Gabi Hotz

Gabi Hotz is currently the Head of People at Anchor, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Gabi served in several capacities at VAT IT from June 2017 to March 2024, including Enterprise Account Director and Enterprise Account Manager. Gabi's experience also encompasses positions at Tarsus Distribution as a Training and Development Officer and Talent and Development Specialist, as well as an Industrial Psychology intern at Schuitema Associates cc. Earlier professional development included a tutoring role at the University of Johannesburg, supporting first-year Industrial Psychology students. Gabi holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology, and an undergraduate degree in the same field, all obtained from the University of Johannesburg between 2010 and 2015.
