Dave has held various leadership positions in well-known companies such as Health Facility Advisors, Anchor Health Properties, Ryan Companies US, Inc., Heery International, Inc., Criterion Healthcare, Codgell Spencer Advisors, Marshall Erdman, and Private Business, Inc. Currently, Dave is serving as the Senior Vice President of Development at Anchor Health Properties. Dave's expertise lies in strategic planning, design, construction, and financing of healthcare facilities, collaborating with health systems, hospitals, providers, and communities nationwide. Dave graduated from Texas Tech University.
