Neil Parrott

Neil Parrott has extensive experience in naval operations and training, currently serving as a Naval Operations Instructor at Anchor Innovation Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this role, Parrott worked as a Training Specialist Advisor at General Dynamics Information Technology from June 2020 to June 2023, supporting the Military Sealift Command. Parrott's earlier experience includes an associate position at Booz Allen Hamilton, where support was given to the Navy Warfare Development Command, and acting as Executive Officer at the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group. Parrott gained significant leadership experience as the Commanding Officer of both the Surface Warfare Officer School and USS Bonhomme Richard. Academically, Parrott holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering, Electronic Warfare from The United States Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University.
