Position Summary

The Project Manager works within the Growth and Delivery team to constantly improve processes and efficiencies throughout the organization. This position reports to the Vice President of Growth and Delivery and focuses on mid to large scale automation and streamlining projects to positively impact current and future state of the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business need.

· Provide leadership in developing business requirements and scope statements.

· Develop project plans, resource plans and project estimates in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

· Manage projects through a project life cycle from beginning to end including during the support phase.

· Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

· Ensure that milestones are achieved on-time and in scope by dealing with or escalating issues with sufficient time for course correction.

· Develop and monitor risk and contingency plans.

· Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

· Manage project change control process and track and monitor resolution of project issues.

· Leads team meetings and participates in project review meetings.

· Ensure effective and proactive communication to project stakeholders including timely status reporting.

· Ensure quality of all project deliverables.

· Coordinate and document lessons learned from prior projects.

· Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position which requires in office reporting to Anchor’s Thousand Oaks or Newport Beach office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Remote work is optional Monday and Friday.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $118,000/year, plus annual discretionary bonus based on performance of the individual and company.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree

· Certification in project management, process improvement or agile
