Kate Richardson

Kate Richardson is the Portfolio Strategy Director at Anchor since December 2021. Prior to this role, Kate held positions at NHS Property Services Ltd, including Head of National Office Programme, Senior Strategy Manager, and Property Strategy Manager. Kate also worked as a Real Estate Manager at BAE Systems. Kate has a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from Birmingham City University. Throughout their career, Kate has been responsible for managing various properties and overseeing significant rent rolls.
