Vicky Ho is an experienced journalist and editor currently serving as a coach for the Table Stakes/Local News Innovation Program at the Poynter Institute since December 2020, focusing on assisting local news outlets across the United States. Vicky has been the managing editor of the Anchorage Daily News since January 2015, overseeing the newsroom's daily operations and contributing to content across various platforms, while also writing an outdoor column and collaborating with the subscription marketing team. Prior roles include deputy editor/online, night homepage editor, and copy editor at the Anchorage Daily News, evening editor at the Steamboat Pilot & Today, and various positions at REI, LIFT UP OF ROUTT COUNTY, Lawyer's Aid Service, and The Daily Texan. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.
