Georgia Quinn is a corporate attorney with experience in both the public and private sector. Georgia currently serves as General Counsel at Anchorage, a cryptocurrency storage company. Prior to their current position, Ms. Quinn was General Counsel at CoinList, a platform for digital asset offerings. Ms. Quinn has also served as CEO of iDisclose, an organization that assists entrepreneurs in accessing capital and resources, and as Of Counsel at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP, where they focused on crowdfunding and alternative finance. Ms. Quinn began their legal career as a Senior Associate at Seyfarth Shaw, where they advised public and private companies on securities law issues and lead multiple M&A and financing transactions. Ms. Quinn is a recognized leader in the crowdfunding industry and has experience in negotiating and drafting cross-border and international agreements.

Georgia Quinn attended New York University for their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre/Theater. Georgia then went on to attend Columbia Law School for their Doctor of Law. After they graduated from law school, they attended Columbia Business School for their MBA.

They are on a team with Haley Hughes - Head of Talent, Rawan Abdelrazek - COO, Interim BSA/AML Officer, and Jennifer Lee - Head of Compliance. Georgia Quinn reports to Nathan McCauley, Co-Founder & CEO.
