Stephanie Mardell

Stephanie Mardell is the current Head of People at Anchorage. Stephanie has also previously served as the Chief People Officer at Button and the Director of Recruiting at Airtime.

Mardell has a proven track record of being able to successfully scale recruiting and people operations at high-growth startups. At Button, they were instrumental in doubling the size of the company across engineering, design, and product in both SF and NYC. Stephanie also established employee experience and onboarding programs and partnered with the CEO on core values and culture initiatives.

At Airtime, they built and scaled all things recruiting and people operations from the ground up. In just a short period of time, they were able to grow the team and successfully double the size of the company.

Mardell is known for their ability to quickly adapt and excel in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Stephanie is a strong leader with a passion for building and scaling successful companies.
