Matt Ulrich

Matt heads up the finance department and is responsible for treasury management, investor and lender relations, value creation, financial planning, and financial reporting. He joined the uPerform team in 2014 as a Senior Financial Analyst and was quickly promoted to Manager then Director of the department before his current position.

Matt has over 15 years of experience in strategic-based financial roles in the technology services industry providing financial guidance and analysis on large implementation projects spanning multiple industries. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland.
