Brittany Williamson has worked as the Vice President - Human Resources Director at Anco Insurance since November 2018. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the overall policies, activities, and direction of the Human Resources department. Brittany'sduties include ensuring legal compliance, implementing Anco Insurance's mission and talent strategy, and recruiting and onboard all incoming staff.

In this position, they were responsible for overseeing Human Resources, payroll, and benefits for twelve Texas Hotels and eleven Texas Apartments, as well as the Corporate office. Brittany handled HR related issues for 500+ employees, created HR policies and procedures, and managed employee recruitment and retention.

Brittany Williamson, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University. Brittany obtained this degree at an undisclosed time. Additionally, they attended Texas A&M University School of Law from 2022 to 2023, where they pursued a Master of Jurisprudence in HR & Employment Law, Policy & Management, and Risk Management.

Furthermore, Brittany has completed various certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. These certifications include being a Birkman Certified Consultant, which they obtained in September 2014 from Birkman International. Additionally, they are a Certified Healthcare Reform Professional, having received the certification in July 2015 from the Healthcare Reform Center & Policy Institute.
