Mariya Dokuchaeva

Mariya Dokuchaeva has a strong background in human resources. Mariya started their career at STA Logistic Ltd in 2012, where they worked as a Senior HR Specialist until 2016. In 2016, Mariya joined ANCOR as an HR Manager and later moved on to become the Head of Recruitment and Onboarding Department, a position they held until 2020. Currently, Mariya serves as the Head of HR Analytics at ANCOR, where they have been working since January 2021.

Mariya Dokuchaeva attended Belarusian State Economic University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Mariya'sfield of study was specialized in the sphere of international business communication. Additionally, they obtained certifications in People Analytics from Wharton Online in 2020 and as a Certified PPA Practitioner from Thomas International in 2016.
