Her nearly two decades of experience include leading development and construction projects for both privately held and publicly held companies. Nicole’s experience spans the full life cycle of development and multiple asset classes, including complicated master planned and phased projects.

An adept negotiator and navigator, Nicole has crafted agreements with cities, public utilities, and transportation entities. Her knack for collaboration (with colleagues and clients alike) has informed her success throughout complex entitlements and planning in multiple jurisdictions, urban and suburban.
