Arvind Krishnamoorthy has held various roles in the tech industry since 2011. Arvind began their career at Zoho as a Lead - Technical Support, where they oversaw a team of customer service professionals assisting SME's and Enterprise customers, analysed and evaluated current systems and structures, and ensured all agents were up-to-date with Zoho's products, troubleshooting knowledge and collaborated with cross-functional departments. Arvind then held the role of Product Support Engineer, where they educated customers on Zoho's products by conducting product demonstrations, handled both outbound and inbound calls, chat support for customers all over the globe, and resolved customer issues by carrying out remote sessions using Zoho Assist, Zoho Meeting tools and provided effective solutions. Lastly, they held the role of Business Development Executive. In 2022, they began their current role as Client Success at &Open.
Arvind Krishnamoorthy completed their M.S in Advance Computer Science and IT Management from The University of Manchester between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they attended Vivekananda Vidyalaya. Arvind also holds certifications from Intercom, including Change the Conversation Around Support as a Cost Center (July 2022), Get Ahead of Known Issues with Proactive Support (July 2022), Help Customers in Context with Self Serve Support (July 2022), and Become a Conversational Support Expert (June 2022).
