Pablo Guerrero Figueroa

Pablo Guerrero Figueroa has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2010, they started working at Grupo Gira SAS as a Learning Facilitator, where they were responsible for team facilitation, directing outdoor education programs, and conducting workshops to train facilitators. From 2014 to 2019, they held the position of Program Director, mentoring company educators, developing educational content, and overseeing the selection process for company facilitators. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Brand Director, focusing on developing training processes, executing the Career Plan for employees, and leading content development for clients. Currently, since October 2020, they serve as the CEO - Dream Facilitator at Grupo Gira SAS. In addition to their work at Grupo Gira SAS, they also worked as a Project Designer at Mejor en Bici from 2013 to 2014.

In 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from EAE Business School, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
